As the Office Manager at Wards Property, I am responsible for the day-to-day operations and management of the office. My primary role is to ensure that the lettings team works efficiently and effectively together. I manage staff, oversee processes and procedures, monitor performance, and strive to increase the team's productivity. With a complete overview of all departments, I work to maintain a smooth and productive office environment, supporting our goal of delivering exceptional service to our clients.

About Our Founder

Justin Ward, the founder of Wards Property, is a dedicated local property investor with a diverse portfolio of properties. Driven by a desire to safeguard a legacy for his family, Justin began his journey as a property investor. His passion and expertise in the property market led him to establish Wards Property, where he has built a reputable and trusted business. Justin's deep-rooted knowledge of the local area and commitment to excellence continue to guide the agency's success.

Co Director

Jack joined Wards Property in 2020 as an apprentice and has since become a co-director, working alongside his father, the founder of Wards Property. Gaining experience in all aspects of the business, Jack has focused on Property Management, completing Level 2 in Residential Property Management and advancing to Level 3.

Jack finds his role in Property Management both interesting and challenging, enjoying the variety that comes with managing diverse properties and interacting with different people. "No two days are the same here, and my day is certainly never boring!" he says.

Always ready to advise or assist with any property concerns, Jack's ultimate goal is to enable his dad to retire from the business, giving him more free time to travel and enjoy life.

As the Tenant Support Manager at Wards Property, my role is to provide support, advice, and assistance to ensure tenants commence their tenancies smoothly and effectively. I am here to help with any issues they may face and guide them to relevant agencies for additional assistance. My goal is to create a positive experience for both our tenants and Wards Property.

Although I have transitioned from a full-time role to part-time remote work, I continue to support the team by handling accounts and providing assistance wherever needed. My comprehensive knowledge of the company ensures that I can effectively contribute to the smooth operation of our services.

I joined the Wards Property team in 2019 and am based in the Philippines. I love efficiently handling tasks and inquiries, often working outside the usual UK 9-5 hours to assist with late requests. In my spare time, I enjoy watching soaps, spending time with family and friends, and going for walks. My flexible schedule ensures that I can provide continuous support to our clients and team.
